Founder & Principal Consultant
Brite Hire was founded on a single belief: organizational success is rarely limited by effort. More often, it is limited by clarity, leadership, and execution.
Before founding Brite Hire, I spent years building and operating organizations, negotiating complex contracts, leading teams, and helping businesses navigate growth and change.
As CEO of KBI Staffing Solutions, a multi-state staffing firm, I was deeply involved not only in the day-to-day operations of my own company, but also in understanding how other organizations functioned. I found myself drawn to the systems behind the work — how teams were structured, how decisions were made, how communication flowed, and why some organizations were able to adapt and grow while others struggled.
Over time, I realized that many organizational challenges looked different on the surface but shared similar root causes. Expectations were unclear. Communication broke down. Leaders lacked the tools or support needed to move change forward. Good ideas existed, but implementation was inconsistent.
As I led my own organization through growth, technology transitions, process improvements, and the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic, I experienced firsthand how difficult change can be — even when everyone is working hard and has the best intentions.
Those experiences reinforced a belief that continues to guide my work today: organizational success is rarely limited by effort. More often, it is limited by clarity, leadership, and execution.
That realization became the foundation of Brite Hire — and eventually evolved into The Brite Hire Method™: a framework built around Operational Clarity, Strategic Leadership, and Sustainable Growth.
Today, Brite Hire helps organizations identify what is really happening beneath the surface, align leadership around practical solutions, and implement improvements that create lasting results.
Good ideas don't change organizations. Implementation does.— Tiffany Israel, Founder
Every Brite Hire engagement is built on three commitments:
Before recommending anything, I take the time to understand what is actually happening — through interviews, observation, and listening. Most organizational problems look different on the surface than they are at the root.
Frameworks should produce behavior change, not just engagement. Every tool, recommendation, and conversation is designed to be useful Monday morning.
Recommendations on paper don't change organizations. People do. I stay engaged through implementation to ensure changes are adopted, sustained, and measured.
Some of the most influential ideas shaping Tiffany's work today come from studying leadership, organizational behavior, decision-making, change management, and business strategy through executive education, research, and professional reading. That curiosity began during her Executive MBA at Rollins College and continues as a deliberate practice.
Whether working with leadership teams, conducting organizational assessments, or facilitating leadership development programs, Tiffany brings both practical operating experience and a commitment to lifelong learning to every engagement.
Tiffany has led organizations, managed multi-million-dollar budgets, overseen teams of hundreds, facilitated executive leadership programs, and conducted large-scale organizational assessments across government, healthcare, nonprofit, and private-sector environments.
She previously founded and served as CEO of KBI Staffing Solutions, a multi-state staffing firm operating across Florida, Tennessee, and Texas with a workforce of 600+ W-2'd employees annually — including major contracts on Orlando International Airport's South Terminal C build.
Every engagement begins with a 15-minute discovery conversation — a brief discussion about your organization's goals, challenges, and whether Brite Hire is the right fit for the work ahead. Complimentary, with no obligation.
