Where the Intensive is built for focused moments, the Cohort Program is built for sustained capability — leaders meet repeatedly over weeks or months, building shared language, applying frameworks between sessions, and developing as a group.

Organizations developing leadership capability across multiple teams or functions — typically 8–20 leaders participating — where sustained behavioral change requires more than a single workshop.

Structure

8–16 weeks of structured engagement, with sessions spaced to allow for application, reflection, and integration between meetings.
